“Rope” is a first-person puzzle platformer currently in development by me. Inspired by the likes of Portal and Mirrors Edge Rope sees the player traversing through parkour packed areas solving puzzles on the way. The only means of traversing up walls or getting over cliffs is the rope which must be used for almost every interaction in the game.
The current stage of the work is a movement prototype, which was built during a 5 day project week providing a good starting point for further development. The plan is to get some people intrested in joining me and develop "Rope" as a graduation project over the span of my last year in university.
